I had a lovely stay at Shymkent Grand Hotel. the hotel is luxurious and is a terrific place to unwind. I stayed for 7 nights and truly appreciated my choice. the staff were friendly, and the services were excellent. the location is fantastic, with many restaurants nearby. It’s also conveniently close to the famous cafe Madlen and the water park next door, which offers swimming and flumes.

We had a comfortable bedroom. It included a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

When I am in Shymkent, I like staying here. Overall it's terrific hotel, great value, and the facilities are great. The staff is amicable, excellent. The location is particularly good and incredible, 1 mile from Times. There are several restaurants and nice restaurants in the area.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, just a stone's throw from the hop-on hop-off tour stop in Shymkent. It's conveniently close to a park, the city center, shopping options, and two delightful restaurants, including the renowned Cafe Madlen, known for its fantastic food.

The staff here is really helpful, the rooms are large with balconies, comfortable beds, and they even have kettles; it's in a great location near an amusement park and several restaurants in a central area.

This place is impressively neat and located in a great building with a restaurant, right in the heart of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The central location made it easy for us to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly polite and always had a smile on their faces, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the flat-screen TV. The aqua park and sun loungers were a great addition and made it easy for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

I was amazed by the fantastic location of the hotel. It was close to everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was big and comfortable, allowing me to easily pack my suitcase. The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful, speaking English fluently and providing excellent service. The hotel's decoration was bright and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I had a great stay at this centrally located hotel.

This place has a really big and nicely furnished room with a super comfy bed, and it's in a great location, close to the city center and the flower market.
